The Helena (Montana) Outdoor Club was created in 1972 and is for everyone, regardless of age. We are over two hundred outdoor enthusiasts who like to hike, backpack, kayak and canoe, XC ski, telemark & alpine ski, snowshoe, explore caves, ride road & mountain bikes, spend weekends in rented cabins, and smell the flowers along the way.

We offer public, free slideshow presentations about adventures in Montana and around the world on a monthly basis. Members of the Helena Outdoor Club volunteer to lead trips and organize multi-day outings. We notify each other of these trips through our private Google e-group (see Membership).
